RACHEL and her twin sister MICHELLE(shutdown) were designed as Combat Hierarchy Angels. Constructed with general humanity rules and without the 3 Asimovian Rules of Robotics, were authorized for manufacture under a Hobart Convention exemption. She went online in 2064.
